What You'll Do 
  • Welcome every customer with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating a warm, high‑trust environment
  • Conduct personalized, one‑on‑one consultations to uncover each customer’s pain points, lifestyle needs, and goals
  • Demonstrate and fit customers with the right arch support solutions to improve comfort, alignment, and overall wellness 
  • Educate customers on the long‑term benefits of proper support and how our products can change their daily life
  • Guide customers through a consultative sales process that leads to confident, informed purchasing decisions 
  • Consistently achieve individual and team sales goals through strong product knowledge and persuasive communication
  • Accurately complete sales transactions and maintain organized customer records 
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build repeat business 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store environment 
  • Stay up to date on product features, benefits, and promotions 
  • Collaborate with your team to create a positive, high‑performance sales culture 
Qualifications 
  • Retail or sales experience preferred (consultative sales experience is a plus). 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills. 
  • Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with customers. 
  • Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance targets. 
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 
  • Ability to assist customers with fittings. 
  • Weekend and evening availability. Retail hours: Monday-Friday 10 AM-6 PM, Saturday 10 AM-5 PM and Sunday 11 AM-5 PM

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
