What You’ll Do
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience through a one‑on‑one consultative sales process, guiding customers through personalized assessments and product recommendations
- Actively listen to understand customer needs, lifestyle, and pain points, then tailor solutions that best support their goals
- Demonstrate product features and benefits with confidence and clarity
- Educate customers on the long‑term value of Good Feet arch supports and related products
- Build trust and rapport to foster repeat business and long‑term customer relationships
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued comfort
- Maintain a positive, professional, and solutions‑focused attitude
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment while also excelling independently
- Take ownership of your personal sales performance, metrics, and goals
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays
What We’re Looking For

- Availability for a rotating schedule, including weekends
- Store hours:
- Monday–Friday: 10 AM–6 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM–5 PM
- Sunday: 11 AM–5 PM
- Monday–Friday: 10 AM–6 PM

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
