Good Feet Midwest is seeking a performance-driven District Manager to lead a group of high-performing salespeople in our retail locations. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who thrives in managing commission-based salespeople, is passionate about developing strong sales teams, and isn’t afraid to lead from the front. In this role, you’ll coach high-performing teams, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive top-line results through consultative selling and accountability.

About Us:
Good Feet Midwest is a rapidly growing franchisee of The Good Feet Store, America’s #1 Arch Support Store.  Today, the franchise totals over 45 locations spanning the Midwest and South with significant growth yet to come.

Your Role:
As a multi-unit leader, you will be responsible for maximizing sales, inspiring your teams to exceed goals, and executing operational standards across your territory. You’ll be instrumental in shaping a results-oriented culture where customers come first and sales success is celebrated.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses
  • Total Compensation: $125,000.00-150,000.00 annually, based on salary ($100,000.00-125,000.00) and bonus

We’re Looking for Leaders Who:
  • Have 5+ years of retail sales leadership experience in commission-based environments
  • Bring 3+ years of experience leading multi-unit teams
  • Know how to recruit, train, and inspire high-performing sales teams
  • Understand how to drive KPIs while creating a culture of ownership and fun
  • Are excited to roll up their sleeves, lead from the sales floor, and model behaviors
  • Can travel 25–50% within their assigned territory
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a sales-first culture that values accountability and results
  • Hire, develop, and retain top sales talent across multiple locations
  • Teach and model consultative, customer-first sales approaches
  • Lead by example - this is not a behind-the-scenes role
  • Leverage data and performance metrics to guide daily execution
  • Open new locations and ensure operational excellence
  • Act as the bridge between your team and company leadership
  • Work Saturdays consistently to support your teams during peak hours
  • Lead from the front in our stores four days a week, and use one day as an admin day
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs weekly
  • Comfortable working independently during store visits
  • Able to reach overhead for inventory management
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Store Hours:
  • Weekdays: 10 AM – 6 PM
  • Saturdays: 9 AM – 5 PM
  • Sundays: 12 PM – 4 PM
This role requires working weekends
