- Design and implement onboarding experiences that immerse new hires in our values, mission, and culture, ensuring they start their journey with a sense of belonging and motivation.
- Organize in-person onboarding sessions for their first week in addition to virtual content to be completed remotely as they transition into the market.
- Set up our new hires to find success in consultative selling within their first 90 days.
- Develop and execute continuous learning initiatives and training content to strengthen our sales team skills and support them in achieving their goals.
- Focus on consultative sales techniques and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Create and deliver programs that advance leadership skills across all levels of the field organization to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
- Craft and adapt engaging training materials, presentations, and resources for both new hires and existing staff seeking to advance their skill sets.
- Utilize various formats to engage multiple learning styles, including in-person training, virtual events, videos, and interactive modules.
- Manage our LMS to ensure it provides the tools our team needs to excel in their roles.
- Keep content up to date, assign coursework appropriately, track user completion, and partner with field leadership to evaluate content effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Available for up to 33% travel to support training initiatives across our locations.
- Proven background in training and developing sales talent in a retail setting with high-ticket items and a one-shot close.
- Experience with content creation is required.
- Expertise in teaching performance management, handling employee relations, and implementing talent development processes with a focus on retention and building a strong internal bench of talent.
- Proficiency in managing LMS platforms and creating engaging online training modules for diverse learning styles.
- Exceptional people management and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.

- Competitive base salary range of $130,000.00-$160,000.00 + Performance-based bonus program
