The Good Feet Store - LRG Investments Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and provide technical support to our organization. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing IT platforms, and carrying out installation of IT maintenance and repairs.
About The Good Feet Store - LRG Investments Group
- Manages daily administration and support of the Salesforce platform including but not limited to, managing profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, sharing rules, page layouts, validation rules, custom settings, and flows
- Analyzes and diagnoses hardware, software, application, and network problems
- Plan and conduct evaluations to determine capacity requirements and recommend hardware/software replacement upgrades
- Set up and maintain network infrastructure
- Provide technical support and guidance to end- users and other IT professionals
- Install computers, workstations, printers, and other devices as needed
- Provide in-person and telephone-based end user support
- Implement strategies to increase site traffic through SEO best practices
- Bachelor’s degree or in lieu of bachelor’s degree, equivalent years of experience
- 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce
- 2-5 years of experience in IT
- Knowledge of Windows desktop Operating Systems and all MS server versions
