- Fosters and models a positive and respectful team environment through development and communication.
- Partner with Human Resources to recruit and hire qualified employees to meet company expectations.
- Ensure consistent application of performance management practices including but not limited to annual performance reviews, development plans, timely 1-1's, and employee counseling.
- Leads, coaches and engages team members to meet individual and store goals.
- Handles employee relations issues, with partnership with HR.
- Drive revenue by being a leader in promoting a culture of sales success, including:
- Following and endorsing the company's sales processes and philosophies throughout the district
- Consistent training of store personnel on the Good Feet Store's value selling technique
- Serves as a point of contact for Store Manager and Arch Support Specialist in the District
- Excellent professional and clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leader with operational and business development skills to lead multiple stores. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in management.
- Interpersonal skills with experience working with a diverse staff.
- Time-management and organizational skills
- Flexibility in work schedule with willingness to travel to the different store locations.
- Proven ability to adapt quickly to ambiguity and change
- Negotiating and resolving conflicts with employees and customers
- Ability to sell, manage and drive growth
- Willing to travel on a daily basis to stores within the district.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
